3 ingredient pancakes

For all my followers that are craving cakes but still need to do some grocery shopping: I gotcha!

1/2 cup oats
1 egg
1 banana

1/3 cup water

First turn the oats into oat flour and then combine the wet ingredients.

Bake the cakes on low-medium heat on a non-stick griddle or pan and add coconut oil if desired.

Enjoy!
